We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all composite player and goalie sticks if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You must submit a claim within 30 days of purchase for a product damaged due to manufacturing defects in order for us to provide a replacement stick. Please note that the warranty will become void if the composite stick is used on concrete or asphalt surfaces, or if excessive use of the product causes breakage.

Returns
You can return a product purchased directly through the Tek2Sport platform within 30 days of purchase to obtain a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. The product must not have been used or washed.

Please note that this policy does not apply if you purchased a Tek2Sport product from a local retailer. In that case, any issues or concerns must be addressed directly with the respective retailer.
Payment

Shipping
All orders made on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed within 48 hours.
We currently only ship to Canada and to the United States of America.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders of 150 $ and more before applicable taxes.
Defective Items
A defective item refers to a product that is non-functional despite having no visible damage. If you happen to receive such defective merchandise, please fill out the online form available in the Contact Us section.
The form will be processed within 48h and if it meets all the guidelines, a confirmation with the necessary details and instructions will be sent to you via email to complete your defective item transaction.
Damaged Items
In the event that you receive an order with evident shipping damages, please promptly contact the fulfiller using the provided contact information on the order.
We recommend that you retain all packaging material and paperwork related to the order in case shipping damage needs to be addressed. Please refrain from disposing of the packaging material or attempting to return the merchandise without first contacting the fulfiller. Doing so may compromise our ability to file a claim and could result in the denial of credit for the return..

We do not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of parts that may occur as a result of user-initiated actions during the operation or use of the product.
